My choice would have been either #1 or #2.
Since Paul agreed to move QDox to his account, I'd like to call that the
next official location for QDox.
I'll see what else needs to be done.

- move it to the account of Paul Hammant[1]
- move it under my account [2]
Pauls account already has sources of several projects, some still

to QDox.
That way the projects would stay together as a family.
Maybe somebody else has even better options.
Any thoughts?
