The README file is missing from the "Qpid C++ Documentation" area on the web
site.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to: http://qpid.apache.org/
2. Click: Documentation -> Qpid 'C++' Documentation -> README in subversion for
build instructions
Tries to go to:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/qpid/trunk/qpid/cpp/README
but result is:
Page not found: Get "HTTP 404 Not Found" error.
