Hi Carl,

I have made up an initial DOAP file and attached it to
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-1607 for review.

I wasn't sure where the best place to host it would be (im not sure how the
wiki export works...e.g. is /site cleared out upon every export?) so I just
put the file up instead of a diff. Ultimately it doesn't matter where it
goes though so long as it can be linked to from the p.a.o pages.

Robbie

Can someone work out where to do this and if they don't have commit
access, submit a diff.

Carl.
