Queries require lower case versions of class names?

In the agent the class is named 'TestObject', but if you query for :class =>
'TestObject' you get no returns. You must query for :class => 'testobject'.
I'm guessing this is incorrect behaviour. I would think it should either be
completely case insensitive or require exact string match.
