When management agents are attached to brokers in a cluster, you can get nodes
failing with errors like this:
cluster0-3: 2010-03-04 16:41:04 critical cluster(20.0.100.32:19887 READY/error)
local error 104126 did not occur on member 20.0.100.32:19083: invalid-argument:
anonymous.qmfagent-32e08748-11cc-43c2-87e8-f1cc2ecafbd8: confirmed < (33+0) but
only sent < (32+0) (../../cpp/src/qpid/SessionState.cpp:151)
A reproducing test has been comitted to SVN
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Remove cluster_tests.LongTests.test_management from
src/tests/cluster_tests.fail to enable the test
2. make check TESTS=run_cluster_tests CLUSTER_TESTS='*.test_management
