The cmake builds (Linux and Windows) broke overnight with the error:
CMake Error in src/CMakeLists.txt:
Cannot find source file "ManagementExchange.cpp". Tried extensions .c .C
.c++ .cc .cpp .cxx .m .M .mm .h .hh .h++ .hm .hpp .hxx .in .txx
Did someone remove a file and not update CMakeLists.txt?
