Rajith Attapattu resolved QPID-2444.

Resolution: Fixed
The SSLTest has "testVerifyHostName" , "testVerifyLocalHost' and
"testVerifyLocalHostLocalDomain" as test cases for this feature.
This feature has been verified manually as well.
