Apologies for the shameless plug -- but I suspect some of you might be interested in this.
It's a 1-day event, and very likely that it will be "free" or if not, very reasonably priced hopefully to include lunch. So if you can get to San Diego on June 8, I'd recommend it to you. I'll send out a link with registration details in the coming week or so. ------------ The AMQP 2010 Conference will once again be held at the seaside conference facility at Scripps Institution of Oceanography at the University of California in San Diego. The core of AMQP 1.0 will reach Final Recommendation so there will be much to learn, and a lot of interesting people to meet in a convivial atmosphere. While we're still finalising the agenda, you can expect it to be a practical, useful and thoroughly enjoyable affair. Whether you're interested in seeing what AMQP is about, learning about real projects, meeting the implementers (or becoming one), planning an enterprise rollout strategy or keen to "cut code" there will be something for everyone. I'll follow up shortly with a link to details and registration information. John O'Hara AMQP Working Group Founder
