Can't build samples from Windows installer

After installing the 64 bit version on a system without a boost environment, I
tried building the direct sample.
The following include file was wanted
boost/preprocessor/logical/bool.hpp
but was not in the boost subtree from the installer. It does exist in the
regular boost tree.
A second problem is the lack of the appropriate library for the link phase,
i.e.:
boost_XXX.lib for the corresponding boost_XXX.dll
