Resolution: Fixed
The cmake install mechanism was ditched prior to qpid 0.6 in favor of WiX. The
WiX installer in qpid/packaging/windows adds the shortcut to the docs. It
doesn't currently add the broker menu item but easily could. It may be better
to go the service route than add a menu item.
