Observations (continued): Second - running the benchmark on a 3-router linear
deployment, perf shows the following % of samples taken of the worker thread on
the MIDDLE router:
10.6% qd_message_message_annotations
7.4% router_annotate_message
2.8% compose_message_annotations
Sum: 20.8% !!!!
Interesting to note that the router_annotate_message and
qd_message_message_annotations increase substantially on the middle router.
Possibly due to a longer trace MA field?
