I've changed the way that raw connection events are generated and added some 
logic which should clean up proactor raw connections better. This made the bug 
reproducer no longer produce any leak output.

I suggest actually removing the lsan suppressions completely and see if they've 
gone away - it would be much better to catch leaks when they are introduced and 
only suppress them if they cannot/will not be fixed.
