The base engine Sender supports the possibility of setting a custom tag
generator with the {{{}DeliveryTagGenerator property{}}}.
It would be helpful to expose the {{DeliveryTagGenerator cnfiguration}} in the
Client SenderOptions so that an application can choose an already implemented
tag generator (sequential or UUID) or a custom one depending on application
needs and broker implementation.
