Fix For: protonj2-1.0.0-M23
Remove the experimental Netty 5 support as development and releases are not
occurring there and the current code would not work the latest code in the
Netty 5 branch at this time. The next Netty release looks to be 4.2 so work
will be done to migrate there at some point in the future.
