QPID_JAVA_MEM usage in windows qpid-server.bat fails and prevents startup

After setting QPID_JAVA_MEM to alter broker memory settings, running
qpid-server(-bdb).bat fails with the following message:
"The system cannot find the batch label specified - afterQpidJavaMem"
This is due to an eroorneous space in the lable within the script preventing it
being found.
