Although the client currently still depends on Netty 4.1.x directly for now, it
could be that end uses want to manage use of Netty 4.2.x. Even though this
mostly already just works, there are certain cases that some modifications are
required to fully accommodate, e.g some defaults changes. The clients own osgi
metadata also indicates use with 4.1.x only, so those looking to do osgi bits
with just 4.2.x would not be able to.
