The definition for the install prefix is incorrect when installed on a debian
style multiarch distribution: On fedora style distros it will be installed in
/usr/lib64/pkgconfig & on debian style on /usr/lib/<arch>/pkgconfig; the
(incorrect , unportable) definition for prefix is ${pcfiledir}/../.. which is
only correct for fedora style distros.
