As per QPID-2945, testing of 0.8 RC1 has demonstrated issues with the QMan
utility for presenting QMF resources via WSDM/JMX. As there appears to be noone
maintaining the utility at present (there have been no changes made to its tree
in around a year, ie before 0.6, that were actually aimed at introducing a
change to QMan) I am removing its binary convenience package from the release
process. Anyone wishing to use QMan should continue to utilise the 0.6 release
package at this time.
