Generated API docs have extraneous macro names in method signatures

The doxygen-generated docs for the qpid::messaging and qmf classes have the
DLL-exporting macros in the generated documentation. The doxygen options
(user.doxygen.in and developer.doxygen.in) predefine these macros for the other
libs so that the names don't appear in the generated documentation, but these
new libraries weren't added to the list of macros.
