The C++ example qmf agent (see qpid/cpp/examples/qmf-agent) is not included in
the release distribution.
The following work items need to be addressed:
1) Convert the hardcoded Makefile in the qmf-agent directory to automake/cmake,
and include vcproj file(s) as is done for other examples
2) Add a README.txt explaining its use
3) add to the distribution build target
Note that the make process will need to take into account the qmf-gen tool
dependency (needed to compile the schema).
A good example make to follow would be the testagent build, which can be found
in qpid/cpp/src/.
