Warnings for late-and-overrun tasks were not being correctly reported. They
were reported with 0 values.
Lateness for overrun tasks below the late threshold was not being reported.
This leads to reports of e.g. overran by 3ms, with no indication of lateness
when in fact the event was overrun _and_ late by 3ms.
