Refactor RMIPasswordAuthenticator to replace its collaboration with
PrincipalDatabase with AuthenticationManager. Responsibilities for making
authentication decisions will be centralised behind the AuthenticationManager
facade.
This change will make the configuration element
security/jmx/prinicipal-database obsolete.
