Chuck Rolke updated QPID-3294:
------------------------------

    Environment: C++ Messaging libraries on Windows (was: .NET using binding )
        Summary: Native Windows Messaging keeps connections open after
connection.Close() (was: .NET Binding for Messaging keeps connections open
after connection.Close())

The issue is a problem with the native methods to which the .NET Binding is
bound.

Illustrated by modifying the C++ HelloWorld the same problem exists.
