QueueDepth attribute not being updated

The AMQQueueMBean#QueueDepth attribute is supposed to track the depth of each
queue in bytes. It appears that there has been a regression and this value is
either no longer being maintained (or perhaps the property is not longer being
exposed properly to JMX). The JMX interface tests should be enhanced to ensure
that this regression cannot re-occur.
