Sun TCK checks that Session#getTransacted() throws an IllegalStateException
when invoked on closed session.
It is an undocumented feature. I could not find a description of such behavior
in both JMS Spec and JMS javadocs.
This feature was present previously but was removed as part of failover
functionality improvements.
