Most of the example performance test definitions for Topics dont actually use
Topic destinations. This is probably 'OK' on the producer side since they are
really just sending to an exchange with a particular routing key either way,
but it should really be using a Topic destination since thats what users will
do. On the consumer side the test should obviously be using a Topic destination.
