It would be incredibly handy if python-qpid could be published to pypi.
OpenStack uses python-qpid. It makes heavy use of pypi for populating Python
virtual environments for running unit tests. Since python-qpid is not on pypi,
the qpid related unit tests are not run by the CI system. Adding it to pypi
would allow us to fix that.
