Description:
We need additional states for configured objects:
1) to indicate that the object got into unexpected conditions due to either
wrong configuration or issues with the external services it depends on or
simply because of some issues in code etc. It should mean something like:
"Stopped, but unable to start because of some issue. Until issue is resolved
the start is impossible", For example, if LDAP authentication provider cannot
connect to the LDAP server because it is down than the authentication provider
configured object should transit into ERRORED state.
2) to indicate that object is a passive replica (for example, virtual host with
REPLICA store)
