The qpid::messaging::Connection Class Reference was recently changed, now the
documentation lists 'sasl-mechanism' connection option, even if this form is
supported as well the documentation should stick to 'sasl_mechanisms'.
There was also a new 'protocol' connection option recently added, the
documentation shall mention this option.
