Please note that the criteria for accepting changes into 0.24 exclude anything "optional". Only important fixes such as those for build failures or regressions are permitted. Developers, note that there are still 21 issues open against 0.24. Most of them need either a new fix version or they need to be marked resolved, because we cannot accept fixes for them into 0.24. http://s.apache.org/OjC Please give RC2 a try.
