The Hello example configuration no longer works, because the client now
enforces that incorrect options are not specified. It also uses quotations for
the value, when non should be used.
Additionally, the client defaults to putting the URL hostname in the hostname
field of the AMQP open frame, and the Java broker now requires the hostname
field be either empty or populated with the virtualhost name desired, and the
example does not have configuration to prompt the correct value be used.
