It is not that a ring queue feature would be unwelcome/undesirable, but it is 
just not something that has a realistic chance of being prioritised by us at 
the moment.    The user population I deal with day to day rarely call for this 
feature - and when they do, they normally want an LVQ.

Contributions would be welcome; the Java broker's model and management layer is 
now is more amenable to extension and I would hope producing a ring queue type 
plugin would be possible with too much effort.
