The Java Broker has shipped with a default maximum heap size (-Xmx) of 1GB for
many years. It has been decided the with the availability of memory in modern
machines, now is the time to increase the default maximum heap size from 1g to
2g.
The user is still free to use the QPID_JAVA_MEM to override the this value if
the new default does not suit.
