In binding creation dialogue add ability to set binding arguments. UI should
allow the user to select only arguments that are suitable for the exchange (how
will it know?). Which arguments do we want to support (jms selector, x-match
etc)???
Scope:
create a table
allow the user to add key / value pairs (value is String)
no extra UI side validation
x-match etc out of scope
