Radio buttons are used as a selection elements in the VHN/VH grid.
The rest of the grids on the broker tab uses check boxes as selection element.
'default' virtualhost column has been lost. It needs to be restored.
the connections/queues/exchanges columns should show N/A if the virtualhost is
not ACTIVE
