At the memoment, Qpid JMS client for AMQP protocols 0.8/0.9.x/0.10 allows
overridding of different default settings via JVM system properties. In order
to improve and extend the customization of Qpid JMS client, a special
properties file can be added into a client where various client settings can be
specified. The properties set in such file should have precedence over the
same properties specified as JVM system properties.
