DISPATCH-6 - Update pyrouter to carry the address class with the address rather
than assume
all addresses are in the Mobile class. This will be used to carry
'C' class
addresses for attach-routing.
Moved the logging of mapped/unmapped addresses from C to Python to
make the
logs more descriptive.
