If I try to connect my application to a virtual host of a HA group without
specifying the virtual host name in the connection url, I should get a
connection to the Broker's default virtual host. However, there is a
regression in 0.32 that means connection urls that omitted the virtual host
name will fail with the message "Unknown virtual host '/'".
The user can workaround this problem by specifying the virtual host name in the
connection url.
