Added more changes, see QPID-6347-ADD.patch.
There are also few more files that should be changed, as they also reference
"generate-queue-events" options, but they are not included in the patch above:
qpid/tools/src/java/qpid-qmf2-tools/bin/qpid-web/web/qmf-ui/scripts/qmf-ui.js
qpid/doc/book/src/cpp-broker/queue-state-replication.xml
QPID-6347-ADD.patch should no longer expose "generate-queue-events" options to
users.
