This may be a misunderstanding on my part so correct me if I'm wrong. We have a
situation where there are 165 messages in the acquired state but there are no
consumers registered. I was expecting that if there are no consumers, then
there cannot be any acquired locks. These messages appear to be "stuck" because
no other consumers can acquire them for consumption. See attached screen shot.
