Add a new trust store type which obtains a certificate from a given URL, and
uses this as the only certificate to be trusted by this trust store.
Provide details of the downloaded certificate as derived attributes so it can
be inspected before being used (e.g. by an LDAP auth provider which is
contacting the LDAP service over ldaps)
