Currently ACO permits an object's type to change. This will almost certainly
lead to undesired behaviour as the remainder of system is not been designed
with a spontaneous change in type in mind.
There are currently no use cases that require a object's type to change.
(Queue might be a candidate for the future, but if this happens, this
restriction can be relaxed on a case-by-case basis).
