There is very very ocassionally a ConcurrentModificationException within the
broker when running the ActiveMQ interop test module. This appears to be a bug
from interaction between the test's use of the VM transport (for Openwire
clients) and the persistent stores concurrentStoreAndDispatch functionality,
and has been reported as AMQ-5664. To avoid the issue in the interim, we should
disable the concurrentStoreAndDispatch functionality (or stop using the VM
transport).
