Description:
We need the ability to configure the number of selects used by AMQP Ports and
Virtualhosts. This should be exposed as a model attribute which defaults to a
context variable yielding Math.max(scheduler.getPoolSize()/8,1) if not set.
There should be a restriction that the number of selectors cannot be zero.
The field needs to be available in the UI.
