I'm not sure about the division of responsibilities. If someone were to use
the executor to perform another task, they too would need to remember to catch
exception and plumb it into the uncaught exception handle. I think it would be
better if we took the same approach as we did in the
AVH._houseKeepingTaskExecutor i.e. override afterExecute, call future.get() to
get the exception that might be lurking inside and plumb that into the UEH.
