Description:
Test MultiNodeTest#testInFlightTransactionsWhilstMajorityIsLost failed because
REST request for BDB HA VHN (in REPLICA role) to change state to ACTIVE failed
whilst underlying Environment was restarting.
The role of the node was DETACHED. We should be able to stop/start node in any
role.
If environment is restarting, operator is not able to start VHN until
environment complete restart. If environment is restarting due to loss of
majority, the operator can still edit such VHN attributes as designatedPrimary,
quorumOverride, etc. Changing designatedPrimary, quorumOverride could allow
completion of restart and VHN activation can be performed successfully after
that.
