[AMQP.Net Lite|https://github.com/Azure/amqpnetlite] includes a sub project
_TestAmqpBroker_ used originally as a target for self tests. This broker is not
intended to be used as an enterprise grade product but it functions perfectly
well as a target for QPIDIT tests. In fact it already passes most of the AMQP
Types tests.
This issue tracks adjustments to the QPIDIT test suite required for the Lite
test broker.
