This was done:
* code migration to https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/qpid-broker-j.git
and https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/qpid-jms-amqp-0-x.git all history
is fully preserved.
* final commit to svn repos with pointer to new git repos
* svn repos switched to read-only mode
* changed CI jobs to use new git repos
* the scm addresses in the pom.xml files were updated (not committed yet)
* change the links from svn to git in the webpage (not committed yet)
* updated wiki pages:
** [Qpid Java Build How
To|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/qpid/Qpid+Java+Build+How+To]
** [Releasing Qpid Java
Components|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/qpid/Releasing+Qpid+Java+Components].
The new instructions are currently untested.
TODO:
* infra needs to sort out svngit2jira
* commit the pom change above
* commit the changes to the webpage
* fix release scripts in the site repo
