Summary: Show error if creating an entity using web console fails

Open the Entities tab (both in hawtio and standalone console) and then try to
create some entity, say a listener.
Actual: If my entry is invalid, I get a meaningless error message and i do not
learn what went wrong.
Expected: I am told what went wrong. For example, the invalid fields are marked
in red; the message that qdrouterd prints to stderr is also shown in the web
console; something.
it would be neat to learn about all fields that were filled wrong at once, but
I believe that if it cannot be done easlly, then this improvement not be worth
the effort.
