Thanks James, I see the problem, the {{AbstractVirtualHost}} is using the
attribute before it is resolved. This explains why the interpolation has not
taken place. I intend to fix for v7.0.0. Thanks again for the report and
sorry it went unnoticed for so long. There was a problem with the Jira/mailing
list integration earlier this year, and I guess this allowed this JIRA to be
overlooked.
